Terms of Service

The service

sesh. is an app for coaches to manage clients, sessions, to-dos, bookings and invoices, offered by Art of You, Germany. By creating an account you agree to these terms. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done through your account.

Your content and your clients

Everything you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' information and for the content of emails and invoices sent on your behalf. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan has limits (for example on the number of clients). sesh. Pro removes those limits and unlocks the booking page, online payments, invoices, the client portal, email automations and assistant features.

Pro is a subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Payments between you and your clients

Card and PayPal payments on your booking page are processed by Stripe or PayPal under your own account with them. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your client and do not hold your funds. Fees charged by Stripe or PayPal are yours.

Assistant features

Recaps, email drafts and automatic categorisation are generated by AI and can be wrong. Always review before you rely on them or send anything to a client.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no spam, no attempts to access other accounts, no reverse engineering, no use that breaks the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep sesh. available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using sesh. and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice; if we discontinue it, you will be able to export your data first.

Changes and contact
